Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old to use NBFCjob. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Do not share your password. You are liable for all activity under your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice in serious cases.

You agree NOT to:

• Post content that is illegal, harmful, hateful, sexually explicit, or discriminatory.
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate other users.
• Spam, scrape, or use automated tools to bulk-interact with the platform.
• Post false job listings or hackathon events to deceive other users.
• Attempt to bypass security measures or exploit vulnerabilities.
• Use the platform to distribute malware or phishing content.
• Post another person's private information without consent (doxxing).

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant NBFCjob a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and store your content for the purpose of operating the Platform.

We do not claim ownership of your projects, posts, or profile information.

NBFCjob provides a job board and hackathon listings as an informational service. We do not guarantee the accuracy, legitimacy, or availability of any listing. Job applications and hackathon registrations are between you and the respective company or organiser.

Recruiters are responsible for the accuracy of job postings. False or misleading listings will be removed and the account terminated.

The NBFCjob name, logo, and platform design are our intellectual property. You may not use them without written permission.

We respect third-party intellectual property. If you believe content on the Platform infringes your rights, contact us at hello@nbfcjob.in.

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

We are not responsible for the accuracy of user-generated content, including project descriptions, job postings, or profile information.

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, NBFCjob is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed ₹5,000 or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, whichever is greater.

You may delete your account at any time via Settings. We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

We may update these Terms. We will notify you by email and display a notice on the Platform for material changes. Continued use after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance.
